Sainz Abogados obtiene el premio a la “Firma del Año en Insolvencia y Reestructuras” y Cristina Massa a la “Abogada del Año” en Competencia Económica

Sainz Abogados obtiene el premio a la "Firma del Año en Insolvencia y Reestructuras" en los “The Legal 500 Mexico Awards 2024”. Además, Cristina Massa, socia de la firma, recibe el premio a la "Abogada del Año en Competencia Económica".

Para estos premios, la firma y sus abogados obtuvieron las siguientes nominaciones: Sainz Abogados por Bankruptcy and Restructuring Firm of the year; Alejandro Sainz por Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyer of the year; Yoare Heredia por Bankruptcy and Restructuring Rising Star of the year; Cristina Massa por Competition and Antitrust Lawyer of the year; José Víctor Torres por Corporate and M&A (high-end) Lawyer of the year; Diana Pineda por Next Generation Partner of the year; y, Sainz Abogados por Deal of the Year: M&A ($588m divestiture by Aimia Inc of a 49.8% stake in PLM, the owner-operator of the Club Premier loyalty program, by which transaction PLM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeromexico).
