OMAR ZAYAS LARQUE



Omar Zayas is an Associate in the Firm. He is admitted as attorney-at-law in Mexico since 2005.

He is a former assistant professor in Labor Law at Universidad Iberoamericana from 2007 to 2009. He specializes in disputes and individual amparo conflicts as well as collective labor disputes. He has represented important transnational corporations, attending the disposal of ordinary procedures. He also provides employment legal services, including counseling to national and multinational clients in all aspects of labor legislation.  He specializes in litigation and amparo of individual and collective labour disputes, both in local and federal matters throughout the Mexican Republic. He has extensive experience in amparo procedures in this matter, before Collegiate Circuit Court, District Courts and Supreme Court of Justice.

He also provides advice in negotiation with trade unions on collective labour contracts and changes in working conditions. In addition, he represented major transnational companies as expert in complex litigations involving individual or trade unions. His expertise in litigation practice combines the intellectual depth and creativity to resolve successfully disputes.
