YOARE HEREDIA focuses her practice on Restructuring and Bankruptcy, and Civil and Commercial Litigation. She has more than eight years of experience counselling and representing national and international clients on concurso and bankruptcy proceedings, both in Mexico and the USA, and in finance and corporate restructurings.

Currently represents Unifin Financiera, S.A.B. de C.V., and certain of its subsidiaries in its restructuring process. She participated in the concurso mercantil proceeding with a previous restructuring plan, for Corporación Geo, S.A.B. de C.V. and its fifteen subsidiaries, representing the Merchants. Likewise, she has represented creditors in several insolvency proceedings, achieving restructuring agreements that allowed such creditors to recover their credits.

Represents Servicios Funerarios GG in the post-M&A dispute related to the sale of Gayosso.

She obtained her Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City in 2012, her Specialization in Amparo Proceedings from the same university in 2013 and a Diploma in Real Estate Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2019. In addition, she completed the Leadership and Business Program for the improvement of business skills and decision-making analysis at the Centro de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo in 2019.
