STEPHANIE PAOLA RUEDA has been an Associate at Sainz Abogados, S.C. since 2021. She has extensive experience in corporate law, real estate matters, compliance and regulatory matters, as well as in negotiation and dispute resolution.

She has been legal advisor in corporate transactions, including the implementation of corporate and investment structures, acquisition of assets, representation before governmental entities, definition and implementation of corporate policies and processes in compliance with current regulations.

She obtained her Law Degree (J.D.) from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro with a specialization in Corporate Law. She holds a Certification in Leadership in Corporate Counsel from Harvard Law School Executive Education. She was also certified as In-House Cousel by the Association of Corporate Counsel and has a Diploma in Negotiation and Elaboration of Contracts and Business Agreements by ITAM.
