GAMBOA

RENE G. GAMBOA joined Sainz Abogados in 2013 as an Associate. His practice focuses on Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law. His experience includes representation and advice to national and international clients in matters related with reorganizations and corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, shareholder disputes and transactional disputes. He also specializes in matters related to insolvency proceedings. His work is also focused on Real Estate transactions, a practice that includes the acquisition of mixed-use developments (e.g., commercial, industrial, and touristic), contributions to FIBRAS, and a special emphasis on joint ventures, contributions to trusts, and leases in the industrial sector. He also provides counseling to real estate developers and landlords in different types of real estate operations (e.g., industrial, commercial, and residential).

He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2012 with a Certification in Agreements in 2016. He also obtained a certification in Bankruptcy Proceedings from Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City in 2021.
