ORLY JASQUI joined Sainz Abogados in May 2022 as an Associate. Her practice focuses on Corporate Law, Finance, Restructuring and Compliance. During her nine years of experience Orly has participated in several M&A transactions, bond issuances in Mexico and the United States of America, project financing, as well as in the filing of reports before the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). She has advised domestic and international companies in corporate transactions and acquisitions of real estate, debt and trusts, as well as in matters related to corporate governance and compliance.

She obtained her law degree (J.D.) from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, State of Mexico (2014) and her Master of Laws (LLM) from Pritzker School of Law at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois (2016).
