BOJORGE

MARCELA BOJORGE NAVARRO joined the Firm in 2022 as an Associate in the Labor practice area. Her experience is focused on Labor Litigation and Consulting, handling matters of individual and collective nature. She advises domestic and foreign clients on terminations, union negotiations, individual and collective bargaining agreements, internal labor regulations, joint commissions, and employer substitutions. Regarding Labor Litigation, she attends conciliation hearings for strike calls and follows up on matters before the "Juntas de Conciliación y Arbitraje" (Conciliation and Arbitration Boards) and "Tribunales Laborales" (Labor Courts).

She holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from the Universidad Iberoamericana (2020).

She was granted Honorable Mention as Best National Delegate in the United Nations Model, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus San Luis Potosí (2014).
