GRANADOS

LUIS MIGUEL GRANADOS is an Associate at the Firm and has experience advising Mexican and foreign clients in relation to corporate and regulatory law matters. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial bankruptcies, as well as in transactional proceedings, real estate, and project finance matters.

He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, in 2018 with a specialization in Commercial Law Institutions from Universidad Panamericana in 2019.
