GARCÍA

LUIS EDUARDO GARCÍA joined the Firm in 2018 and was promoted to Associate in 2022. He specializes in Bankruptcy Law and Financial Restructuring, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Law.

He provides legal advice in various restructuring proceedings of domestic and foreign companies, develops and implements litigation strategies in civil and commercial matters. He also provides consulting services in corporate and commercial disputes on behalf of domestic and foreign companies.

He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City, 2021) and his specialization in Amparo Law from the same university (2022).
