Estrella

Luis Antonio Estrella joined the Firm in 2015 as an Associate. His practice focuses on corporate matters, providing legal advice to national and foreign clients on matters related with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, foreign investment, and transactional conflicts. He has also advised transnational corporations on doing business in Mexico and/or acquiring Mexican entities. Luis also worked as an International Associate at Broseta Abogados, S.C. in Madrid, Spain.

He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from Escuela Libre de Derecho of Monterrey in 2010. In addition, he holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from the University of Southern California in 2014. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma given by the BMA (Barra Mexicana de Abogados) for completing the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructure course in 2020. In 2016, he obtained a Business Law Certificate given by USC in 2016. In 2013, he also achieved a diploma given by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for completing the Intellectual Property International Course.
