ALCÁZAR

DANIELA ALCÁZAR LÓPEZ is an Associate at the Firm since 2016 and her practice focuses on Corporate M&A. She has experience in general corporate matters, as well as in transactions of national and international significance. She has represented clients in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance matters.

She obtained her Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City in 2017. She has Post graduate Studies in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City in 2018.

She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE).
