PARDO

DANIEL PARDO FUENTES is an Associate at the Firm and has been part of the Litigation Practice for more than 7 years. He has great expertise in complex civil and commercial litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, shareholders’ conflicts, conflicts with authorities, disputes with and against local and federal governments, as well as lawsuits related to accidents, civil liability, and liability of the State.

He has advised companies of all sizes in various cross-border and Mexican litigation matters, representing international funds, insurance companies, banks, construction companies, metallurgical companies, energy companies, the Federal Government, as well as corporate officers and directors. He has also successfully participated in amparo proceedings against governmental expropriations and in several arbitration proceedings before Mexican and international courts. Among them, arbitrations related to the operation of gas pipelines in Mexico, currently in dispute.

He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2016 with two Excellence Awards in 2012 and 2013. In addition, he obtained an LL.M. Degree from New York University in 2019.

He also achieved a Fausto Rico Award for Best Student in Private Law in 2016.
