ARMERÍA

Armando Armería is an Associate at the Firm. He provides legal advice to Mexican and foreign clients on corporate and regulatory law, restructuring proceedings of domestic and foreign companies in or out of court (with or without a restructuring plan), financings and corporate reorganizations. He is also experienced in restructuring and insolvency proceedings under Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with respect to Mexican debtors. He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
