DÍAZ

Alejandro Díaz is an Associate of the Tax Department at Sainz Abogados, S.C. His practice focuses on administrative and tax litigation, follow-up of audits initiated by tax authorities, and tax refund requests, representing domestic and foreign clients in different sectors.

Alejandro has, in addition, 10 years of experience counseling clients through proceedings initiated by local and federal tax authorities, related with tax obligations’ compliance. He obtained his Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City in 2014. Additionally, he obtained his Master's Degree in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana in 2019.
